With a philosophy of rejecting "Dual-Agency" or the practice of one Agent representing both the Buyer and Seller in the transaction, Rothman Realty chose not to represent home Sellers.
When so many of our past clients approached us to help them sell their homes with the same level of professionalism and integrity as when we helped them purchase it, they naturally became disappointed that we could not help them.
Because we highly value our past client relationships, we reexamined our philosophy in order to find a way to help both home Sellers and home Buyers. Today we represent both Home Buyers and Home Sellers but always exclusively and never together!
We still stand behind our pledge not to give in to the old practice of double ending the transaction and put in writing that we will NEVER represent the Buyer and Seller in the same transaction!
